Today we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator for the Biobest division to strengthen our mission.
The job
As a Marketing Coordinator, you are the operational pivot of our marketing team. You ensure the smooth preparation, coordination and execution of various marketing activities. Your focus will be on organizing events, supporting marketing campaigns and materials, and ensuring the day-to-day operation of the team.
Key responsibilities
Event coordination
- Planning and organizing (international) trade fairs, conferences, seminars/webinars, customer events and internal meetings.
- Maintaining contact with designers, suppliers, logistics partners, event organizers and stand builders.
- Responsible for the internal event calendar and the management of the event and promotional materials.
Operational support
- Coordinating the creation and customization of marketing and employer branding material such as merchandising, brochures, banners and presentations.
- Managing inventory of marketing tools and promotional materials.
- Support with social media and email campaigns.
Communication and reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams across HQ and global affiliates, and external partners to keep marketing projects running smoothly.
- Report on the progress of projects and campaigns.
Ad-hoc taken
- Supporting the marketing team in a variety of operational and administrative tasks.
- Initiating improvements in work processes where possible.
Your profile
We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on professional with a passion for marketing. You have a proactive attitude and feel at home in an international working environment that offers opportunities for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a marketing or event coordination position.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with tools such as MS Office, Canva or other basic design tools, social media channels, and (optionally) CMS or email marketing software.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally (trade fairs/events).
- Excellent command of Dutch and English; Other languages are a plus.
