This Whistleblowing Policy applies to individuals who have obtained information about Breaches in a professional context concerning Biobest and in particular:
- employees and those whose employment relationship has ended;
- job applicants;
- paid and unpaid trainees and apprentices;
- independent consultants and service providers;
- temporary workers;
- volunteers;
- supplier’s employees;
- shareholders, directors and any other person belonging to the administrative, management or supervisory body of– Biobest, including non-executive members, whether paid or not.
