Together, you will ensure continuous support availability and actively contribute to project activities, such as testing and documentation. Together, you will ensure continuous support availability and actively contribute to project activities, such as testing and documentation. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the knowledge and support provided to end-users.

Your mission

As Application Support Engineer you provide first-line support to end-users across various applications, focusing primarily on SAP components but extending to other company applications. You will ensure timely resolution of incidents and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for seamless support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer first-line support to end-users through in-person interactions, calls, or ticketing (TopDesk), ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
  • Focus on SAP applications, providing support in logistics, production, and finance.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for second-line support and external partners when required.
  • Support the applications team in projects, testing activities, and documentation.
  • Maintain flexibility to ensure availability during support hours (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM).

Who are we looking for?

A collaborative team player who can also work independently and can demonstrate:

  • Experience in a support environment, including incident management and ticketing systems.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP in logistics, production, and finance.
  • Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
