BioFirst Group is a global player in biological pest and disease control and bumblebee pollination. We are currently looking for a Group Internal Auditor to assure compliance and consistency throughout the group by sharing best practices over the different legal entities.
Your responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess financial processes, risk management, and compliance.
- Evaluate internal controls and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyse financial data, identify discrepancies, and prepare detailed audit reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and regulatory changes.
Your profile
- Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as an Internal or External Auditor.
- Proficiency in auditing standards, risk assessment, and control evaluation.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIA, CISA) preferred, but not mandatory.
- Fluent communication in English is a must, knowledge of French and Spanish a plus.
