BioFirst Group is an international player in biological pest and disease control and bumblebee pollination. Our group offers a full range of Integrated Pest Monitoring (IPM) solutions, including beneficial insects, predatory mites, bumblebees, pathogenic nematodes, biopesticides, biostimulants, biofertilizers and inoculants, as well as high-tech monitoring and scouting. BioFirst has 32 production and/or distribution subsidiaries and employs 2800 people worldwide. In addition, BioFirst has an extensive network of specialist distributors in another 50 countries and exports to more than 70 countries on a weekly basis. BioFirst serves the horticultural market and the agricultural field market with four major brands: Biobest, BioWorks, Plant Products and Biotrop. Our organisation grew both organically and through acquisitions and is supported by two Belgian holdings and several private equity funds.
We have started to expand the implementation of SAP S/4Hana and C4C to our subsidiaries worldwide. To ensure the success of this implementation, we have assembled a dedicated team of specialists.
To expand our internal SAP implementation team, we are currently looking for a Functional Analyst to join us.
Purpose of the position and your responsibilities
SAP S/4HANA and C4C will be gradually rolled out in the subsidiaries of the BioFirst Group organization. We prepare you to be involved as an analyst in business processes and functional applications from start to finish and beyond. You will support continuous system optimizations and updates and ensure that the ERP system continues to meet the changing needs of the organization. In summary, this means that you:
- Collaborates with cross-functional – internal and external – teams to implement SAP S/4HANA & C4C in Biobest's subsidiaries.
- Collects and documents business requirements from different stakeholder levels.
- Assists external consultants in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA & C4C to meet the specified needs. You may need to do some of these configurations and customizations yourself.
- Develops and executes test plans to ensure that system functionality matches business requirements.
- Provide key-user training and post-implementation support.
- Maintains detailed documentation of SAP configurations and processes.
- Stay up-to-date on SAP updates and best practices and make improvements as needed.
What do we expect from you?
- Strong insight into logistics processes and intercompany flows.
- Interest in implementing SAP systems and the desire to gain knowledge and experience about functional aspects.
- Experience with SAP CX Cloud modules, such as C4C, Commerce Cloud Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, ... is a plus!
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with (multinational) project experience.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- A team spirit and open interaction with various stakeholders.
- Willing to work in an international context.
